Grey water is difficult to get implemented within the bounds of building codes and local regulations.
It is our plan and intention to start using grey water to supply water for plants outside. Towards this end we are shifting our household over to entire biodegradable shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid and so forth.
We haven't worked out the logistics of transporting the water from the house location to the garden / vineyard area, and it may be that eventually the grey water will support an ornamental oasis area more closely associated with the house. Some new plantings of wind break trees and other plants to decrease erosion and cool the soil will go in at some point and will also be able to make good use of a grey water resource.
